The risks to diners and staff at outdoor dining locations have become more apparent through the pandemic and beyond. In October, my article entitled "Protecting Outdoor Diners" was published by Retail and Restaurant Facility Business, and next month I am excited to be part of an All-Star panel presenting at the Public Agency Risk Management Association’s Annual Risk Management Conference in Sacramento, California.
